When you make a booking through Jorly, you enter into a contract with the relevant airline, hotel, or car rental provider. Jorly acts as a booking platform and is not the supplier of the travel service itself. Prices, availability, and fare rules are set by the supplier and shown at checkout.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and fare type. Refer to the fare rules shown before you confirm a booking, or see our Cancellation Options page for general guidance.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including passenger and guest names as they appear on official travel documents. Jorly is not responsible for denied boarding or check-in due to inaccurate information provided at booking.

Jorly is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by airlines, hotels, car rental providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jorly after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
